Unbelievable Days In June If you are a pro-life teen, or if you know a pro-life teen, you’re going to want to keep reading! Have we got a deal for you! What would you say if someone offered you a chance to be a part of a fun and exciting adventure that would allow you to actually save someone’s life? Would you shrug it off, or would you want to know more? If you answered, “Know more, of course!” then you’re the reason for this article. Over three days in June (that would be the 14th–16th) in Kansas City, National Teens for Life (NTL) will be holding its annual convention in conjunction with the National Right to Life Convention. By itself, that may not sound all that earth shattering. But think about it. Three days of being totally surrounded by other teens who share your passion for life and are equally immersed in the cause of saving the unborn and vulnerable. They aren’t just any teens either. They could well become some of the best friends you will ever have. Those three days in June will provide an almost unparalleled opportunity to learn how to defend life, in all its stages, by interacting with from some of the brightest, funniest, and downright amazing minds the pro-life movement has to offer. Every single session is planned with you in mind, and since we know that you like to laugh, we promise no stuffy speakers! NTL Convention workshops combine facts, humor, advice on how you can make a difference, and ... we don’t mean to brag ... there will be Power Point! This year’s convention will have some new features, as well. Don’t be surprised if you run into our roving, camera-toting, pro-life video crew. We want to hear from you about why you’re pro-life, what you’ve learned at the convention, and how you feel about being a part of righting the greatest wrong facing your generation. Because, truly, when it comes right down to it, you are pretty important. After all, you are the future of the pro-life movement. You will be the leaders of tomorrow—that is a fact. But we also know that your input, your dedication, and your passion are critical parts of what we are doing today to protect innocent human life. You will learn more than you would believe possible. You will make new friends. You will be motivated to make a difference. And most importantly, someday down the road, you will help save a life. If you devote yourself to this cause, it’s pretty much a guarantee. In fact, if you’re willing to accept the challenge, you can start saving lives right away! Think about it. What could be more rewarding than that? And you have the chance to put all of this in motion just by attending one awesome, really fun, totally-educational-but-not-in-a-boring-way convention. So think about it, okay? And if you want more information, check out our web site at www.nrlc.org. It’s easy to register, we hope that you’ll join us, and hey ... bring a few of your friends along, too. It wouldn’t be fair to keep all the fun to yourself, would it?
