National Right to Life mourns the loss of one of the greatest champions of the pro-life movement. Presi-dent Ronald Reagan was a man of great conviction and faith. His stalwart opposition to abortion was grounded in compassion and love - - both for mother and her unborn child. He was an ever-faithful friend to the pro-life movement and in recognition of that faithfulness. In 1997, National Right to Life honored him with a tribute at the 4th Annual Proudly Pro-Life Awards dinner. Former President Reagan's pro-life legacy will live on in the policies that he established and which have been followed by subsequent pro-life presidents. He will be greatly missed by the pro-life movement.
