Annual Association Meeting Open to the Public

The Association for Interdisciplinary Research in Values and Social Change will hold its Annual Meeting on Wednesday evening July 2, 2003, beginning at 8:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency at Union Station in St. Louis, Missouri. The speakers will be Michael New, Ph.D., who will speak on "The Impact of State Pro-Life Legislation on the Incidence of Abortion"; Byron Calhoun, M.D., who will discuss "Induced Abortion as a Risk Factor for Subsequent Premature Birth"; and Priscilla Coleman, Ph.D., who will discuss "Mental Health Problems Following Induced Abortion: Community Based Studies." The public is warmly invited to attend. Refreshments will be served following the presentations.
