JOIN NRLC'S "HOT LIST" TODAY!

By Mike Scoggins

National Right to Life has begun an exciting new project that will enable the pro-life grassroots to be kept abreast of the issues as they unfold. In order to do this, you need to join NRLC's e-mail list today! You can do this by going online to www.nrlc.org and clicking the "Hot List" button or e-mailing us at nrlc@nrlc.org and requesting to be placed on our e-mail list.

This list will help facilitate timely information, such as congressional action alerts, upcoming events, and tidbits on how you can help the cause. In order to quickly and effectively communicate this information, we encourage you and your friends and your family to sign onto this e-mail list.

This new form of mass communication today acts like the highly effective telephone trees of yesterday. Your calling 10 people who in turn call 10 more people has been simplified into one person sending 200+ people one e-mail in a matter of seconds. One can easily see the advantage of an e-mail list and it doesn't consume as much time as the phone tree to get the message out. One person receiving an e-mail from a list server can turn around and forward that e-mail to friends, neighbors, and other area pro-lifers in a matter of seconds. Thus something that took a few days to accomplish can now be performed in a few minutes.

As you can see, this new grassroots communication can assist the pro-life movement to become even more effective in attaining our goals. So, to emphasize again, please sign up for this e-mail list and encourage other pro-lifers you know to do the same. This is a vital new tool in this day and age, and we can NOT afford to lose the advantage of this enhanced phone tree. Your joining can only help us speed our mobilization to the highest level. And, as we already know, grassroots efforts are the key to any success the pro-life movement will have.
