This convention—the 41st annual National Right to Life Convention—is important for so many reasons. While we enjoyed many victories last November, our work is far from over. We are still up against the most pro-abortion Administration that has ever existed in our country. And we do not yet have a pro-life Senatel. We need to work hard, share expertise, and make sure that every pro-lifer is up to speed and equipped with the tools to step in and make a difference. The convention is offering over 70 workshops, five general sessions, a prayer breakfast, a banquet, a three-day National Teens for Life Convention featuring topics and speakers specifically for teens, affordable child care during every part of the convention, dozens of pro-life exhibits, the latest in materials and information, and the opportunity to meet and speak with like-minded pro-lifers from every corner of the nation. The convention will be housed at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Waterfront in downtown Jacksonville, Florida, and is hosted by Florida Right to Life and our wonderful crew of volunteers in the Jacksonville area. The convention will feature everything you need to continue on in this battle in these unsettling times. We have a special room block at the Hyatt that will expire on May 20 with a flat rate (up to four in a room) for $159 per night. Please help National Right to Life make sure that every pro-lifer in your local town, city, county, church, and neighborhood is aware of the convention and understands the importance of attending. This is a convention you are not going to want to miss out on. Over 100 speakers will be there to present the latest ideas and information on topics that you need to know about and be on top of, including stem cell research, abortion and breast cancer, post-abortion syndrome, rationing, euthanasia, what is happening with health care, state and federal legislation, working in your local church, what the different religious denominations say about abortion, chapter development, youth outreach, youth camps, Planned Parenthood, involuntary euthanasia, assisted suicide, and many, many other and equally important topics. If you will make the effort to get yourself (and at least one other pro-life friend!) to the convention and help us spread the word to other pro-lifers in your local area, we will do our best to make sure that you are not sorry. We will do our best to make sure it is worth your time, money, and effort. There are many tasks ahead of us as we continue in our efforts to stop the abortion agenda. Attending this convention will be the first steps in bringing America back to Life! If we are able to pull together and work together as a team, we are over half way there already.
