Once you have completed a Will to Live Document, please consider the following actions:

• Make sure that your agent and back-up agents receive copies.

• Put it somewhere easy to find.

• Let family members know that you have a completed will to live and where you keep copies.

• If at all possible, keep a copy on yourself.

• See if your state has a registry and register your will to live:  CLICK HERE

• Fill out a pocket card and keep it in your wallet near your insurance card.  The card indicates who to contact to get a copy of your Will to Live:
